Children and youth group booking
For excursions, the WESTbahn offers an attractive group ticket: each group participant receives a 50% discount on the WESTflex fare and a free seat reservation – provided more than half of the group participants are under 20 years of age.
You can make a children and youth group booking online (up to 3 hours before departure and according to availability and according to availability) or in one of our WESTshops. For a children and youth group booking exceeding 77 persons, a personalised offer is created. Please note that a large children and youth group booking must be made at least 10 working days before the start of the trip.
Please note: The Youth Ticket Network (OÖVV) or the Top-Jugendticket (VOR) or comparable network products are not eligible for a school group booking.
Group bookings can be cancelled free of charge latest up to one day before the selected travel date. Please note that unused tickets (up to the minimum group size of 6 paying group participants) can be cancelled online up to one month after the day of travel at a cancellation fee of 50%.
