Our Westbahn ticket offices

In our WestShops, our team is happy to assist you with everything about Westbahn. Whether you need information on tickets, timetables or have any other questions – we’re there for you Monday to Sunday.

In the WestShop you can conveniently pay in cash or by ATM or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express).

Ticket sales at our WestShops

In addition to providing travel information, you can buy the following tickets in the WestShop:

  • Upgrades to Comfort or First Class

Please note that when purchasing a ticket in one of our WestShop ticket offices, a surcharge of 2 Euro per ticket will be added.

Location and opening hours of the WestShops Ticket Offices

  • Wien Westbahnhof (Vienna West) (Level 0, next to the main entrance): daily 07:45 – 18:00
  • Wien Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Central Station) (Departure hall): daily 08:00 – 18:15
  • Wien Meidling (at the infopoint in the hall): daily 08:15 – 18:30
  • Linz Central Station (departure hall): daily 07:30 – 17:45
  • Salzburg Central Station (in the hall): daily 07:30 – 17:45
  • Innsbruck Central Station (at the infopoint in the main hall): daily 08:15 – 18:30
  • Munich Central Station (Level between station concourse and S-Bahn floor): daily 07:15 – 17:45
  • Graz Central Station (in the hall): daily 08:00 – 19:15
