Collect WestPunkte
To collect WestPunkte points, you need a free Westbahn account. For every Relax Check-in you undertake, points are awarded to your account. Simply scan the QR code at your seat and follow the instructions. Points are automatically credited to your Westbahn account the day after your journey. For every successful Relax Check-in you receive 1 WestPunkte point for every euro of the ticket price*. Please note that unredeemed WestPoints expire after 6 months.

Redeem points
You can redeem your collected WestPunkte for the following rewards:
- Free Westbahn tickets: book your next journey here and simply pay for the ticket with your collected points
- Travelling with kids? Book your accompanied child ticket here for just 30 WestPunkte points.
- Free upgrades: enjoy an even more comfortable journey with us and book an upgrade in our Comfort Class 2+ or our First Class.
- Snacks and drinks on board: redeem your points for a free coffee or snack in one of our onboard WestCafés.
* WestPunkte points are not awarded for: reservations (incl. group-, bike-, seat- and wheelchair-space reservations), upgrades for Comfort Class and First Class, group tickets and tickets for pets. WestPoints are not transferable.
