Travel relaxed to your next business appointment with the WESTbahn.

You can book all tickets available online via a WESTbahn company account. Payment is made at the time of booking using these payment methods. In addition, for WESTbahn company accounts only, there is the possibility to book tickets on account.

Via the WESTbahn company account, all bookings up to and including the previous day can be evaluated at any time. The transmission of ticket duplicates to an in-house travel desk is possible. As a special advantage, a percentage-based reimbursement is paid out depending on the annual turnover (information in the form).

WESTbahn tickets offer many advantages:

  • They are not personalized and can therefore be passed on within the company.
  • They can be cancelled free of charge up to one day before the selected day of travel. 
  • They can be printed out or presented digitally on the train.

If you would like to use a free of charge WESTbahn company account for your company, these are the next steps:

  • Fill out the following form, register a general company mail address with password on our site and define (if desired) another mail address (e.g. travel office) for ticket duplicates. 
  • Send the signed form to vertrieb@westbahn.at and write us which mail address you have registered with us or which second mail address you would like to use for the duplicates. 
  • You will receive a countersigned copy as well as further information on how to use your WESTbahn company account.
