If you have lost something on board of one of our trains, please use the contact form above and send us your enquiry containing the following information: Description of the lost item, date of journey, train number (see ticket), station of departure, further details of where the lost item was left, any other relevant information which can assist us locating your item.
Once we have located your item, you can pick it up at our headquarters at Vienna's Westbahnhof train station:
