What's new?
With a fresh modern design, optimised navigation and a significantly simplified booking page, we are taking our online experience to a new level. Here's what's new:
Modern Design
Our new homepage informs you at first glance about the top WESTbahn topics. Stay always up to date and never miss a WESTbahn promotion. The booking widget is now always prominently visible at the top of the page.
Furthermore, we have grouped the most frequently used service links for you on the home page – with just one click you can now access all information about our timetable, your WESTpoints and your tickets and reservations.
Simplified Ticket booking
Thanks to the simplified booking widget, you can see a comparison of all fares at one glance and get your WESTbahn ticket even faster. It is now also possible to buy a return ticket in one go. All upgrade options for our three WESTbahn classes are now visible at a glance and you can easily compare them with each other.
We have also adapted and simplified the reservation process. Now you can specify if you are traveling with a bicycle, child, pet or wheelchair and see directly which trains still have enough capacity for a reservation.
