Collect & redeem WESTpunkte

Welcome to the WESTbahn club

WESTpunkte: Redeem them for tickets and for your coffee on board!

With our Relax Check-in you can collect WESTpunkte (points). Here how it works: Scan the QR code on your seat with your smartphone and select a suitable pre-booked ticket that will be suggested to you when you are logged into your WESTbahn account or scan the ticket you brought along.

  • For each Relax Check-in, you collect one WESTpunkt per each Euro of the ticket price. Excluded are reservations (incl. groups, bike, seat and PRM), upgrades Comfort Class and First Class, season tickets, tickets for animals and OÖVV as well as SVV tickets.
  • WESTpunkte will be credited to your account the day after your trip.
  • You can use your WESTpunkte to buy additional tickets or to pay for your coffee, snacks and drinks at the QR/NFC payment module on the snack and coffee machines (1 WESTpunkt = 10 Cent). Food and drinks, available on our trains, can be found here.
  • Klimaticket Österreich clients can also collect and redeem WESTpunkte.
  • WESTpoints are not transferable.
