Due to construction work by DB Netz from 26.10.2024 to 03.11.2024, a rail replacement bus service between Salzburg and Innsbruck will be in place. Due to the limited space available on the bus, it is mandatory to make a free of charge reservation. Please select your desired route above.

Please note the following regarding the rail replacement bus service:

• The stops in Kufstein and Wörgl will be cancelled on the days affected.
• Please carry a valid identity card or passport with you.
• In addition to the reservation, a valid WESTbahn ticket or KlimaTicket Ö is required. 
• ÖBB and DB tickets do not entitle passengers to travel on WESTbahn rail replacement bus services.
• A separate reservation for the bus must also be made for all accompanying children under 6 years of age. Strollers must be folded and stowed in the luggage compartment of the bus. It is not possible to take them along in the passenger compartment.
• Persons in wheelchairs cannot be taken on the bus. 
• Bicycles cannot be taken on the bus.
• Dogs, with the exception of assistance and therapy dogs in accordance with § 39a BBG, are not permitted on the rail replacement service. 

At the stations, the rail replacement service is marked with yellow "Ersatz/Replacement" signs. In Salzburg, the buses leave directly in front of the main entrance of the station. In Innsbruck, the buses leave from the freight station (Frachtenbahnhof), at the back of the main station – see map below.

From October 26th until November 3rd, the buses depart at the following times:

• Salzburg → Innsbruck at 9:45 a.m., 1:45 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. 
• Innsbruck → Salzburg at 8:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
