All announcements regarding current route information on disruptions, engineering works, industrial action, rail replacement services, route closures or other disruptions to the scheduled services of WESTbahn are summarised below. 

All route updates:

15.12.2024 | Salzburg – Munich/Stuttgart | Updated departure and arrival times | No stop at Munich East

Due to maintenance works by Deutsche Bahn InfraGO, the following timetable changes will apply to all WESTbahn services between Salzburg and Munich (respectively Stuttgart) on Sunday, 15.12.2024:

  • Salzburg, Rosenheim → Munich, Stuttgart: The arrival time for all services will be delayed up to 30 minutes. The stop in Munich East is cancelled.
  • Stuttgart, Munich → Rosenheim, Salzburg (The stop in Munich East is cancelled).
    • In Stuttgart our trains depart as scheduled according to our timetable.
    • Train 961 departs from Munich Central Station at 07:34.
    • Train 963 departs from Augsburg at 09:01 and from Munich Central Station at 09:32.
    • Train 965 departs from Munich Central Station at 11:26.
    • Train 967 departs from Munich Central Station at 15:26.
    • Train 969 departs from Augsburg at 17:03 and from Munich Central Station at 17:37.

WESTbahn services between Vienna and Salzburg as well as services to and from Innbruck, Bregenz and Lindau are not affected.
